Failed Gully Trap Replacement – Hove 🔧

Another drainage repair completed for a customer in Hove.

The existing clay gully trap had failed, and the deteriorated surrounding brickwork/render was allowing water to penetrate into the void beneath the kitchen.

We carefully excavated and removed the old clay gully pot before installing a new PVC roddable gully trap, providing improved access for future maintenance.

The surrounding area was then made good and sealed to help prevent further water penetration.
