We were called to PHX Gym in Crawley after all of the toilets stopped working, causing major disruption to the site.
Rather than just clearing the blockage, we carried out a full investigation to identify the root cause.
✅ Traced and located a hidden manhole beneath the floor. ✅ Found the chamber completely surcharged. ✅ Used specialist Picote chains to remove a large baby wipe blockage. ✅ Identified a broken section of cast iron pipework. ✅ Discovered a poorly installed repair patch restricting the pipe diameter. ✅ Provided a full report with recommendations to permanently resolve the issue.
