Our team attended to remove an old, damaged Buchan-style gully trap and upgrade the drainage system with a modern, reliable solution.

✅ CCTV Drain Survey – Inspected the upstream drainage to establish whether the existing line was still in use.
✅ Redundant Line Confirmed – CCTV inspection confirmed the old drainage line was no longer required.
✅ Gully Removal – Excavated and removed the defective Buchan-style trap.
✅ New PVC Gully – Installed a modern, roddable PVC gully for improved access and easier future maintenance.
✅ Structural Drain Lining – Installed a new 100mm structural patch liner to reinforce and seal the drainage connection.
